How long does delivery take?
In-stock pieces arrive within 5–10 business days. Made-to-order sofas and beds take 4–6 weeks, and we confirm the exact date before you pay.
Do you assemble the furniture?
Yes. Large pieces include white-glove delivery: room of choice, full assembly, packaging removed and your old piece recycled on request.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to live with your furniture. If it is not right, we collect it free and refund you in full. See our policies page for details.
Is there a warranty?
Every frame carries a 10-year warranty, mechanisms 5 years, and upholstery 2 years against manufacturing defects.
