In-stock pieces ship within 2 business days and arrive in 5–10 business days across the contiguous USA. Large furniture includes white-glove delivery to your room of choice with full assembly. Made-to-order sofas and beds take 4–6 weeks; we confirm your delivery date before charging you. Shipping is free on orders over $499.
Return Policy
Live with your furniture for 30 days. If it is not right for your home, we collect it free of charge and refund you in full to the original payment method within 7 days of collection. Pieces must be in normal used condition — we expect lived-in, not damaged. Custom and made-to-measure items are final sale unless faulty.
Cancellation Policy
In-stock orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Made-to-order pieces can be cancelled within 48 hours of ordering for a full refund; after production begins, a 20% materials fee applies. To cancel, call +1 555 234 7890 or use the contact form.
Privacy Policy
We collect only what fulfilling your order requires: contact details, delivery address and payment information processed securely by our payment provider — we never see or store your card number. Design-quote photos are used solely for your quote. We never sell your data, and marketing emails stop the moment you unsubscribe.

Prices are in USD and include standard delivery on qualifying orders. Product colours may vary slightly from screen to screen; wood grain and natural fibres vary by nature and that is part of their charm.
